3. Counter-Notification
If you believe content you posted on UniqueRecipe was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your name, address, phone number, and email.
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA claim.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content within 10–14 business days, unless the original complainant files a court action against you.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
We reserve the right to terminate accounts or restrict access for users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright-protected content.
